Do you wear your suit jacket or sportcoat when you drive?
When a customer shows me a jacket with the lining coming out at the back, the first question I ask is if he wears the jacket when he is driving. Invariably, the answer is yes.
Do not wear a jacket while you are driving.
In addition to the lining isue, the jacket will look like you slept in it.
Another point to think about: a jacket restricts your arm movement, so it could be a safety hazard while driving.

A suit needs dry cleaning about once a year, unless there are stains on it.
The dry cleaning process will ruin the shape of the suit over time. If your jacket or trousers are wrinkled, have the dry cleaner simply press it.
The best investment I ever made was a steamer. In most cases, steaming will take the wrinkles out just as effectively as a dry cleaner pressing them. A steamer will pay for itself over a short period of time.

Center vents have a military heritage. When a man traveled on horseback, his coat was designed for comfort in the saddle and a center vent in the back permitted the tails to fall on either side of the horse.
Center or side vents also make access easier to the trouser pockets
As the least expensive vent to manufacture, center vents are the most common vent in off the rack clothing
Side vents are more expensive to make and are generally seen in custom clothing. Side vents also give the illusion of greater height.
Either kind of vent makes the coat more comfortable when seated. The choice between the two is a personal decision.
